26:3 ‘You will keep in perfect peace those whose
minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. ‘
Some
versions translate it as ‘You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is
stayed on thee’.
A mind
that is steadfast is free of secondary things and is taken up with the sight of
what is in the now, here, in front of me, within me. There is great inner strength in such a
state. It is the produce of inner discipline, gentleness, practice and letting
go. Trust.
