57:19 “‘Peace, peace, to those far and near,’says the Lord. ‘And I will heal them’”
Peace is God’s gift. We don’t know peace until we surrender
to God-who-is-truth. And in this surrendering we are overwhelmed by the truth
of God’s love which heals us. And we continue on our way still bearing wounds,
scars and doubts but the healing is on-going and not one-off.
O Wisdom, coming forth from the
mouth of the Most High, reaching from one end to the other, mightily and
sweetly ordering all things: Come and teach us the way of prudence.
